how do i change the rear side window regulator on a citroen c3 pluriel 53 reg 1.4l

my wife has a c3 pluriel and the N/S rear side window is flopping about in its frame and drops down as she is driving along i think the window regulator has broken but after a few attempts i cant seem to get at the problem without destroying the rear side trim how do i remove the trim without damaging it

then where can i find the parts without paying the stupid citroen prices and them wanting to just sell me the entire window mechanism motor cables and anything else they think they can get away with

the rest i will find when i get to the point when i know if it is the suspected problem
