how do i control a very hyper, agressive, stubborn puppy?

hes pretty out of control but idk wut to do cuz i really cant afford obedience school. =\
 
Get him a Kong toy! It works wonders it will keep your puppy occupied for hours. You can stuff cheese and other treats inside. It is so cute to see your puppy trying to hard to get all the treats out.
