My stomach is ALWAYS bloated and bubbly. I really don't like it, and it makes it hard to workout... cuz it gets worse while I'm exercising. I'm pretty sure it's because of my diet; I'm eating a bunch of fruits, veggies, meats, whole grains... I know that stuff has a lot of fiber.
I'm not willing to change what I eat, since I'm trying to stay healthy and lose weight. But I'm sick of feeling like I'm retaining a lot of water and my stomach hurts. Any tips? Home remedies.... or something? I do take hot baths at night, which makes me feel better... but, is there something else I can do to stop getting the bloated tummmyyyyy
