How do I convert Divx to Mpeg?

I'm trying to convert some Dixv videos I downloaded and I need to convert them to Mpeg, anyone know a good program that I can do this with and where to get it? Thanks!

Use Cucku soft or Dr. Divx or Imtoo avi to mpeg converter.
just search for it
