Go to www.media-convert.com. you just put in your video file, it'll automatically detect it as a mpeg-4, then scroll down and tell it to make it a divx.
You can convert MPEG-4 files to Divx files with YASA Video Converter.
Steps to go:
1. Choose "DivX Movie (*.avi)" as Output Profiles.
2. Click to select MPEG4 video file.
3. Enter the output video file.
4. Select "Video" Page and set frame rate, frame size and Bitrate as you need. However we strongly recommend you to use default settings.
5. Select "Audio" page, set Audio Bitrate as you need. However we strongly recommend you to use default settings.
6. Start to convert MPEG4 Video to DivX.
