How do i convert rmvb,divx into vcd video format free?

See i have downloaded some movies from internet in divx format and some cartoons episodes in rmvb format but now i want to see them in my home vcd player.Anyone know any software or website which allows to convert these 2 formats in vcd format but it should be without any water mark and there shouldn't be any limits to convert.So plz find this kind of software who will give me the most reliable answer in not more than 3 days,i will give him the best answer but that software should be free also.So plz help me out
