How do I cook smoked turkey wings?

I.E, make the skin crispy. It seems impossible, I've tried a few ways, but nothing seems to make them crispy. Is it because it was smoked before hand? I bought them smoked at the grocery store instead of a full turkey. I really want a crispy turkey wing, please let me know what I can do to get crispy skin instead of chewy leathery feeling skin.
