my father and I are always fighting. He's very loud and obnoxious and there is nothing I can do to get away from him since I am only 13. He frequently embarrasses me in front of anyone that he can. I have a lot of anger issues and a temper that is HORRIBLE! He knows that and intentionally tries to push my buttons. How do I deal with him with out losing my temper and end up punching him??????
