How do I deal with this?

Man that sucks, I lost my uncle to suicide a few monthes ago and what was best for me was even though I couldnt stop thinking about the negitive things, i was also thinking about all the great things he did and all the great times I had with him.

dont listen to the assholes are say suicide is selfish, think of all the courage he had to work up to do it.

Wanting someone to stay alive when they want to take their own life for their own sake is far more selfish then the act of suicide itself.

Regardless, death sucks but time heals all wounds.

Yeah thats pretty much the worst thing you can do. Don't forget him, just move on. Of course you can't move on right now, i know how you feel, it takes time to get over it, you'll never will be 100% over it, but you'll get used to him not being there. Remember all the good times you had together and i hope everything is alright.

Seriously guys there comes a time and point where being "funny" in Small Talk is just not appropriate and this is one of those times. This man clearly lost someone he loves and he gets replies like, "forget about it." Are you kidding me? Grow up occasionally.

Sorry to here about said loss. Don't forget, but at the same don't linger. Do something abnormally exciting, mountain climbing, skydiving, idc. Anything out of the ordinary, with a picture or something of said friend, then try and not think so much about this friend.

Because then at least your last good memory with whats left of him will be your most exciting.

but seriously don't dwell on it. death is a part of life. everyone will die eventually so dont get in a funk because of it. go live your life and remember those who have died. learn from their mistakes and use that knowledge to better yourself as a person.
