how do i delay my period when on holiday?

hiya im 15 years old and im going on holiday in 6 weeks, due on near the start and would like to know if theres anythink kindof easy to delay my period, i have spoken to my anute that says that she will give me a pill when i come on but im not sure wat to do. could anyone help me? thanks x
