How do I destroy my sport shoes?

My old Basketball Shoes recently just got trashed (not on purpose but I used them everyday) so my mom told me to wear these other sport shoes (which I had for about 3 years) and they are really uncomfortable since my feet have grown and I dont seem to be able to do anything in them... Jumping hurts, running hurts and even walking hurts. my mom said she'll buy me a new pair once my old shoes get broken.

Is there anyway to break my shoes faster?
 
beat the hell out of them and torture it in twisted and sick ways....make it look like an accident and don't leave finger prints and evidence.
