How do I do a striking only/ muay Thai fight in ea sports mma?

I hate playing the computer cause literally all it does is clinch and takedown and it's so boring and annoying, I think the striking in that game is great, but the computer sucks. Is there anyway to make the computer do only striking or a game mode that's muay Thai only or something, thanks
