How do I download the Sansa Media Converter for my SanDisk mp3 player? (e200)?

My Sansa didn't come with the CD. So, can I download it off a site somehow? On the instructions manual, on the front, the site says www.sandisk.com/techsupport. I went to the site, and I can't seem to find out how to download it.
