how do i fill in a hole on fiberglass boat?

where u hook the boat to the trailer, there is that eye. well i want to take that one off and fill in the hole so i could drill new holes for different one. what would i need to fill in hole, and how would i do it? the hole is about a little bigger than a half-dollar.
