Since installing new security software I am no longer able to send photos from my mobile to my laptop via bluetooth, although I can send from my laptop to my 'phone.
I apparently need to check the Bluetooth enabled software in my firewall permitted programmes and if it is not listed add that software. I thought it would be part of the Intel Pro Wireless file, but everything I open simply leads to yet another file folder. Can anyone tell me how I find the actual programme please?
My question might be misleading, I closed my firewall and still cannot bluetooth from my phone to my laptop; my 'phone has been paired and is shown in the devices on my computer.
