How do i find out how many mins and texts i have on t-mobile pay monthly UK?

I have just left vodafone and to find out on them you phone 44555, press 1 and you then get a text telling you what you have left! Not to sure on t-molile. UK.
 
My boyfriend has the free texts and 350 mins on PAYG and he texts AL to 150, and gets a text back within seconds.
 
Hi, dial 150 from your mobile, i'm on t-mobile. Hope this helps:):)
