I've been talking to someone in Nigeria, and she said that she could not get back to the states because she needs $200 to renew her passport. Does that sound about right, or do you think that its a scam? I have her first and last name I was wondering if you could help me, because I'm trying to help someone but I dont want to get scammed. Please help
