I was rear ended while driving on the interstate highway. The person who hit me is 100% at fault. She received the ticket. I have medical bills that are still ongoing. I had numbness in my right arm and leg as well as the inability to grip/ hold items securely with my right hand. How do I find out the policy limits of the person who hit me so that I know what will be covered?
