How do I fix my aunts laptop internet?

everybody in my house has internet but my aunts laptop has internet connection but no internet due to low recieving connection, how do i fix this? please help (:

Did your modem come with any software install that it may help other than that you need to open up start menu click on connect to work from there if it's not a simple fix you need to call your modem suppler they will help with the problem

I would double-check to make sure you are connected to the wireless network you want to be connected to.

Right-click on the wireless icon in the system tray (lower right corner of your screen).
View Available Wireless Networks
Select the network you want and click Connect

That's the simple solution. If this doesn't work there are a few other things to check with varying degrees of complexity. Let us know.
