Every time I add music to it (from iTunes), when I go to play it it says FORMAT ERROR! So I can't listen to it. I have tried SO many things, but there might be some things that I have not thought of. Please help! I am a music person and I LOVE music! Here is what I usually do:
1. Plug my Mp4(just like mp3, but plays videos) into the computer
2. turn it on
3.open files
4.go to itunes
5.right click a song and COPY
6.go to mp4 files and paste
7.get off iTunes
8.unplug mp4
9.check what music I have on it
10.play it and see if it works
Do I do something wrong?
It used to work, but not now.
