I don't understand why all the sudden its not working. The power on/off works but that is it. I did the camera phone test to see if it was sending out a signal and it is. I changed the batteries. I have tried to reset the blue ray player itself but it doesn't work. The only thing that is new is that the ble-ray wants to update and I didn't let it. But now none of the buttons on the remote are working at all. It has a separate power button for the tv and the player. Please help!
