OK, every day I keep getting this pop-up. I don't know where it comes from. It says "Delivery Manager Service has encountered a problem and needs to close". Sometimes it makes the bar at the bottom of the screen disappear for a few seconds. I'm not aware of any program called Delivery Manager Service on my computer.
