How do I forward texts on LG Sentio?

I get these cute forwards and i wanna make ppl's day but i dont know how to forward on this...trust me i looked HARD

You have to change the message view from conversation to standard, then find the message and when you find it touch it and it should open. on the bottom there are 3 options: reply, forward, and the trash can symbol. Pic forwarrrd and go from there :)
