...and cream from GNC.? I am a female turning 19 next month and weigh 97 pounds.
I want to be at least 115 pounds.
How do I achieve this?
How many times a day?
Can I just jog, run or do some setups for my exercise?
I got the cookies and cream one. I heard it was good =]

Taking it before will help right?
