Last year I went hard and lost about 15kg. I got fit, started seeing a personal trainer (a friend of mine) and entered some fun runs and short triathlons. Then in December I got very sick. I've only just been given the all clear to start exercising again - slowly. I'm so scared to start, I don't want to be back at the beginning again when it was so difficult last time. I've put on a few kilos, my muscle tone has gone and I get breathless going up the stairs. I just don't know where to start. Any ideas, or motivation for me?
