How do I get DivX off my computer?

I have tried to uninstall it multiple times, but every time I do, the uninstall box comes up with one of those bars showing you how much it has uninstalled and how much is left (like a load bar) and the bar just sits at a small percentage and doesn't move, ever. It stays like that forever until I just give up and shut it down. How do I get this off my computer?
 
Sorry but I think you will have to use a program like "Revo Uninstaller".
