How do i get fish oil pills without my parents knowing?

they are mega vegatarians(that consider fish meat) and i wanna try these pills cuz i wanna be healthy. . . NOT lose wieght. im comfortable with my body
just i have terrible hips and doctors have told me these may help.

Are you competent enough with graphics software to create "fake" labels for shop bought tubs?
