You know the Sailor Moon anime, how do I get the "fluffy" bangs? They're kind of high up you know, but not so high that it looks dorky. Anyone know? Thanks! ^__________^

Hey, some tips that might help
You might want to try different 'cuts'...Serena's bangs appear to be layered slightly, & aren't completely straight. They curl slightly inward...so any bangs that are similar could work. A round brush & a blow dryer would be tons of help with styling.
A different technique can make all the difference, so you might want to find an image of similar bangs, & get a professional to replicate it for you. It was pretty hard for me to find a hairstyle that I liked (I wanted hair like Isuzu Sohma from Fruits Basket).

Depending on the thickness of your hair, you may need to deepen the amount of hair you use in your bangs. Serena's appear to not be too deep, resting further towards the edge of her head, away from the crown.
A good tip when cutting bangs yourself is to generally keep the width between the center of your eyebrows (or between the two irises of your eyes). Next, curl them inward slightly with a round brush & a blow dryer, & part them in the middle for the cowlick.
