how do i get more subscribers on youtube?

i have a lets play channel and if im lucky i get one subscriber a day if anyone with an lp channel is reading this can you tell me how you got started? my channel is

and i make last gen lets plays with modern warfare 2 videos
 
Go to random people's channels and comment on their channel saying sub me or please subscribe. I got like 100 subs from doing that.

one. you ask me :) cuz ill sub to you, and two. ou get your name out there! Ask friends with youtube's, ask people to sub in your vids! (annotations is a start)
