how do i get my 2 year old sister to stop crying and whining?

she's allways really loud, and thinks it's really funny to scream for no reason, and if you don't answer her question immeadiately, she repeats it over and over.

scream stop screamimg! once and then ignore her. be like, if you keep whining im not gonna be your friend

She's 2....she's testing the waters to see what reactions she'll get. For my 2 yr old, when she starts screaming (after I've told her to use her inside voice) or throwing tantrums, etc. I remove myself from the room so she is her only audience. It works.

You have just answered your question there 'if you don't answer her question immediately she repeats it over and over' ... A 2yr old has no conception of time or understands the word 'wait' so when she asks something she wants the answer there and then! Acknowledge her, pay attention to her and what shes asking, everything is new for a 2yr old, they want to learn at this age, be patient with her. Every child crys, whines, screams and shouts etc its what they do. Mine do it, they tend to get louder when playing! Stimulate her mind a bit more, maybe its what shes after. Have fun!!

little kids are always like that , usually at the age of 5 and up they dont whine and cry as much..................
