How do I get my att.net working on android?

I tried these settings

ATT.net (U-Verse Accounts) Setup
Att.net is using the HTTP protocol for connecting you to your mailbox.

Incoming mail server: POP3
Incoming mail server settings: pop.att.yahoo.com
Incoming mail port number: 995
Incoming mail security: SSL
NOTE: I don't use u-verse!

Yahoo Mail Setup with POP3

Incoming mail server: POP3
Incoming mail server settings: pop.mail.yahoo.com
Incoming mail port number: 110
Incoming mail security: None

I need Help!, and no I can't use the y-mail app! I want this account under the email app
