For some unknown reason my BlackBerry Storm has decided to permanently set itself to headset mode when I answer or make a call. I can not figure out how to get it back to Handset mode, and it randomly mutes my phone calls whenever it pleases. I really really really don't like this phone to begin with, and this situation is not really keeping me sold on the BlackBerry. But I am stuck with it for now...can someone please help me figure this phone out?
