how do i get my bluetooth dongle 2 work?

i want to put some pics from my fone onto the pc, iv recently had a new tower given me (im not pc literate at all) iv put the bluetooth thing into the usb, but cant get it 2 work. do i need software? if not how do i get my pics onto the pc? it may seem pretty stupid, but im really no good on comps at all lol x
 
Look at the instructions that came with the USB Bluetooth device...

Find the website of the maker and then find the product. There is usually a driver download link... You will need to know the type (Windows, Mac, Linux) version (XP Pro - and maybe the Service Pack #) and what kind of processor you have (32-bit or 64-bit)...

Have you connected you phone to computers via Bluetooth before? You know that your cell phone does have Bluetooth? lol
