How do I get my dog to stop barking and whining when I leave the house every morning?

It is SO annoying, because he wakes up the whole house (I leave at 4:00am). I've already fed him and taken him outside. The second he sees me put on my coat or boots he goes crazy.

He's a 6 month old dutch shepherd. How can I get this to stop? Normally he listens when we tell him to stop barking, except when I'm leaving.
 
easy call ceaser millan the dog whisper this guy is amazing he can solve any dog problem. i would sugest keep him active like when u leave home only then u give him something he loves like a hugh bone or toy
 
Try giving him a bone or different toy just before you leave to keep him busy
