I've tryed everything I have a Pomeranian and she barks at other dogs, people, and everytime the doorbell rings. It's so embarassing I cant take her anywhere. I've tried spraying her with water, telling her no, and even though I didnt want to I've looked for a shock collar, but she's so small that they dont make one that's safe enough for her, what do I do???
