How do i get my Monitor Cam to stream my video game gameplay?

So basically i bought a screen with a built in cam. I really wanna stream but i dont know how . I hooked up my PS3 HDMI to my screen. i was wondering is there any software or anything that can help me use my cam to stream on HDMI channel. My PC is at VGA channel and ive tried using soffware that streams desktop but i have to switch to HDMI to view my PS3 gameplay.
