How do i get my Pokemon to evolve on red rescue team for gameboy?

i have not beat the game but i have a game shark and my pokemon is at level 64 and i gave it all most a full box of water stones! (my pokemon is Eevee, just so you know) PLZ PLZ PLZZZZZZ help! thx
