how do i get pic from my cell phone onto my computer?

i have a razor cell phone, and im trying 2 get a pic from it onto my facebook account. i don't know how to do it, and i would need detailed explanation because ive never done this b4, and have no idea what im doing. thanks in advance!!! <3
