Idea # 1- Why dont you just not own chickens illegally?
Idea# 2- Go with idea one.
 
them crow? two days in a row my neibors tried to yous a duck call to make my chickens crow its ilegle for me to have chickens in my area so i try to make sure i dont have roosters i want revenge and want to make there dogs wake them up at 3-4am how do i do it i dont wont my chickens taken away
