How do I get rid of a friend without her spreading rumors about me?

shes rude to me, stuck-up, a know-it-all, copies me all the time, and slight anger problems. she blames me for everything and i tried to get rid of her once before- did not work so well- rumorsssssssssssssss. fix it!! :~(
