How do I get rid of BitTorrent? :\?

I was trying to download something with BitTorrent, then all of my programs turned into BitTorrent files. Now, it won't let me un-install it or use anything. What should I do?!?!?
 
if you know registery then delete reg files. if not then format PC.
 
i believe file assoc are in registry id write up a batch script to fix that. and then just uninstall it
