Im 14 and 5'3" tall and i weigh about 104 pounds. Im considered pretty skinny but lately ive been getting a little self conscience about my tummy fat. Im already pretty healthy and have a mile time of 8 minutes 15 sec. I also play badminton for about 3 hours a day. My diet is pretty healthy, not alot of junkfood in my life. Probably mc donalds every 3 months. I dont want to lose any more weight, only the riddance of my unnattractive stomach bulge.
