how do i get rid of the 507 error on my blackberry?

it wont go away. atnt says its water damage but ive never dropped it in water. tried resetting (hard) and rebooting to my laptop but it doesnt even show that its connected to the laptop. im totally desperate. someone help!!
 
As a informatics manager I have seen this error all the time. It means the software on the BB has crashed. You need to go to the blackberry website and download the handheld software and reload it using the desktop manager software.
