how do i get ringtones to samsung instinct?

Go to Ventones.com and make it for free. I bet you $20 bucks it's free and will work. I always use it. Also for wallpapers go to Zedge.net, it's all free guaranteed

but when i go to m.cellsea.com (& do all the instructions and stuff) it doesnt work.?
and i cant use ringtones from my music player so that doesnt work..

please help?
