How do I get the 2nd speeeding ticket, in 6 months, dismissed, in Houston Texas?

Ok, I got a speeding ticket in Houston Texas. This is the 2nd ticket in 6 months. I have already taken defensive driving, to eliminate the points from the 1st ticket. How do I get the 2nd ticket dismissed?
