How do I get the sound chip from a greeting card to repeat?

I want to get the little circuit from a birthday card to keep playing the music on a loop, until it runs out of batteries at least. It's the standard "open-slide" type of card. How do I do that?
Any links to a site that can show me?
It stops after about a minute. Is there a timed way to keep pushing the trigger?
