How do I get to the bonus level (Liberty Island) on Freedom Fighters for the PS2?

I have beat the game on all difficulties and when i was looking for cheat codes on the internet, i saw on many websites that you can unlock Liberty Island by beating the game on any difficulty but when i beat it, it either doesnt unlock or I cant find on the game where to enter the level. Any help is great.
