How do I get what is needed so I too can boot people from the euchre lounges?

In the beginner euchre lounge some people have the ability to boot people, I have reported this on numerous times and Yahoo does NOTHING about it, so I would like to fight fire with fire, what do I have to download or whatever so I can boot people.
