how do I go about sending an email of compaint to sony ericsson?

I want to know what website I go to make a complaint as I am tired of these mobile phone companies selling faulty phones, I undestand that no peice of technology is100% reliable, but as paying consumers we have the right to be sold goods that will not break or malfunction in a matter of months weeks or days
