How do I greet strangers in Barcelona?

I'm going around Barcelona this week to look at houses for a flat share. I'll end up living with one of these people for a year, whilst the others I wouldn't ever see again.
Do I do the two kisses for everyone or what? Whats the etiquette for viewing apartments of complete strangers?
